An AI engineer on site is one of our engineers working at your offices, on your systems, next to the people whose work is changing. They answer for the result running in production. The role is also known as a forward deployed engineer.

Every engineer is hand-picked, with twenty years of industry experience behind the selection. We look for people who understand architecture, software systems and infrastructure, and who have AI experience on top of that. Engineers we selected this way are working at clients today.

This ends the way every engagement ends: your team runs what was built, with the documentation and the audit trail to do it. Whether the engineer then moves on or stays with you is something we agree before the work starts.
