Two ways to work with us.
We build AI agents that run your back-office workflows, with your team and on the systems you already run, or you hire our AI engineers to work independently with yours. Either way your team owns what was built.
Not sure where to start?
Start with the one-week AI Opportunity Scan: a fixed-scope diagnostic that finds where AI creates leverage in your operations, reads your stack, and leaves you a working example of one workflow.
We build it
01
Opportunity Scan
One week, on your own data and systems
We map the workflow with the people who run it today, read your stack, and build a working example of that one workflow on your own data and systems, as a preview of what a build would deliver. If AI does not create leverage there, the scan says so.
- Working example of one workflow
- Opportunity map
- Workflow candidates
- Stack read
- Risk assessment
- Value estimate
- Recommended roadmap
02
We build
AI automation and agents in your workflows
One workflow, one department, or the whole back office, in the size that fits. Agents take the steps, guards stop a run that should not continue, a person signs off where a decision carries risk, and every run is on record with what it cost. Built on the systems you already run.
What we build
End-to-End Workflow Agents
Companies that want agents to take over a whole workflow or business area, end to end.
AI Workflow Automation
High-volume operational workflows that are manual, repetitive, fragmented, or slow.
Custom AI Agents & Systems
Bespoke agents integrated into existing tools and processes.
AI Product & Platform Builds
Companies building AI-native products or internal platforms.
03
Results
Time back, spent better
Your team stops doing the repetitive work by hand and stops hunting for information across systems and inboxes. Those hours go to the work that needs a person: the customer, the exception, the decision. The same people get more done, the work gets better, and leadership can see what each workflow costs and returns.
04
Your team runs it
Yours, documented and handed over
The operating model written down, runbooks your team uses, the audit trail of who approved what, and a cost view per workflow. The engagement ends when your team runs the system without us, and how long we stay involved is agreed before the work starts.

Hire our AI engineers
AI Engineers on Site
An AI engineer on site is one of our engineers working at your offices, on your systems, next to the people whose work is changing. They answer for the result running in production. The role is also known as a forward deployed engineer.
- Best for
- Companies that need an experienced engineer at their site to build AI into the systems they already run.
Questions we get before the call.
- What exactly does AgentLabs do?
- We build AI agents that run your back-office workflows and work alongside your team as co-workers. Every workflow is mapped with the people who do the work, built on top of your existing stack, governed with human sign-off and an audit trail, and handed over. We are a build studio, and enablement is one step in the method.
- What do you mean by AI co-workers?
- AI agents that work alongside your team as co-workers, on the systems you already run. Each one does a specific job, for example screening every inbound CV against the brief, so your team spends its time on the decisions. A person keeps the judgment, signs off where it matters, and owns the result.
- Is AgentLabs an AI consultancy or automation agency?
- No. AgentLabs doesn't just advise or ship point automations. Every engagement ends with a working, maintainable system your team owns, documented and handed over.
- Do we have to replace our current systems?
- No. We redesign the workflow and keep the systems: we work inside the tools you already own and add a governed agentic layer on top. Replacing a system is a decision the scan can inform, never a precondition.
- How do you make sure our people actually use it?
- The people who run the process by hand today are in the room from the first map. They co-design the workflow, they sign off on the gates, and they own it on day one. That is what makes it used on day one and still used a year later, and it is why adoption is a deliverable in the method.
- How do we know which AI tools are worth it?
- The scan includes a stack read: what you already own that can do the job, what actually needs AI, and what does not. Every tool we recommend we have run in production ourselves, and if plain automation does the job, we say so.
- Do your AI agents replace our team?
- No. Every system is human-in-the-loop by design: agents handle research, enrichment, drafting, routing, and reporting, while people stay in control of decisions and exceptions.
- Does a person have to check every run?
- No. A person signs off inside the loop where a decision carries risk. Everywhere else they stay above the loop: monitoring, exceptions, and an audit trail of what the agent did and who approved it. Where that line sits is a design decision in the Blueprint, and it is what keeps oversight from becoming the bottleneck.See the Handover Method
- What's the first step?
- The AI Opportunity Scan: a one-week, fixed-scope diagnostic to identify where AI creates real leverage in your operations, and where it does not.
- What do we get at the end of an engagement?
- Ownership transfer: your team operates, maintains, and improves the system, with documentation, cost visibility, and value tracking built in from day one.
- What do the EU AI Act's transparency rules mean for these systems?
- Often something concrete. Since 2 August 2026, AI that interacts with people must disclose it, and AI-generated content must be recognizable as such (Article 50). Systems we design carry that transparency by construction: people know when they are talking to an agent and when content is AI-generated.
- Our workflow may count as high-risk under the AI Act. What does that mean for a build?
- Recruitment and employment AI, among other areas, is classified as high-risk today; the mandatory obligations that come with it apply from December 2027. Those obligations ask for risk management, logging, technical documentation, human oversight, and robustness. That is how we build by default, so a system delivered now is designed with those properties instead of retrofitted later.See the Handover Method
- Do you make us AI Act compliant?
- No, and treat anyone who promises that with care. Compliance is a legal determination for your counsel, and we do not certify it. What we build are the properties the Act asks for: human oversight, an audit trail, technical documentation, and enforced guardrails, so the system itself supports your compliance story.
- Is Talenture.ai your main product?
- No. Talenture.ai is one proof point among four. It shows AgentLabs can build a sophisticated AI-native product end to end; the core business is building AI agents that run back-office workflows for clients.
- What does the call actually cover?
- A 30-minute conversation about one concrete workflow or business area: what it costs today, an honest read on whether AI creates real leverage there, and what an engagement would look like.
- What are AI agents?
- AI agents are software systems that carry out multi-step work, such as research, enrichment, drafting, routing, and reporting, with limited autonomy. At AgentLabs they run human-in-the-loop: agents do the work, people stay in control of decisions and exceptions.
- Do you build custom AI agents for companies in the Netherlands?
- Yes. AgentLabs is a Netherlands-based studio building bespoke AI agents embedded in your existing stack, with human review by design, plus monitoring, documentation, and handover, so your team owns the result.Custom AI agents & systems
- How do you automate business processes with AI?
- We map the workflow, redesign it as a human-orchestrated system, then build the integrations and agents and hand it over. Automation stays on the critical path only where it is maintainable, with human checkpoints where they matter.End-to-End Workflow Agents
Have a workflow in mind?
Bring the workflow to a call. We will tell you honestly where AI creates leverage, and which engagement, if any, makes sense.
You speak with the people who would build the system. No sales pressure, and an honest read either way.
