How we handle your details when we contact you

AgentLabs sometimes writes to people at Dutch companies we think we can help. If you received an email or a LinkedIn message from Bram or Timo, this page explains where your details came from, what we do with them and how to make us stop.
Who we are
AgentLabs (Amsterdam) is responsible for this use of your details. Questions and requests: bram@agentlabs.nl.
Why we contacted you
We build AI agents into the workflows companies already run. We write to a small number of people at a time, and only when something public suggests the subject matters to your company right now, for example a vacancy. Every message is written for one company and read by one of us before it is sent.
Which details we hold
Your name, job title, employer, business email address and the address of your LinkedIn profile. The public item that made us write, such as the vacancy, with its date. Our correspondence with you. We do not collect private addresses, private phone numbers or anything about your personal life.
Where we got them
From public sources, such as your company's website and its vacancies, and from public LinkedIn profiles. From providers of job-posting data, which can include the people a vacancy names as its hiring team. And from business data providers.
Legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering our services to companies for which they are relevant. We keep to business contact details, write to one person per company at a time, and stop as soon as you ask. You always have the right to object to this use (Article 21 GDPR).
How to make it stop
Reply with one line, for example "stop", or write to bram@agentlabs.nl. We stop writing to you and delete your details, except your email address, which we keep on a do-not-contact list so we never write to you again.
How long we keep your details
- Never contacted: deleted after 30 days.
- No reply: deleted 90 days after our last email.
- You asked us to stop: deleted, except your email address on our do-not-contact list.
- You replied: we keep our correspondence for 24 months after the last contact, unless we start working together.
Who else sees them
Suppliers that process details on our instructions: our email and email-sending services, our customer relationship system, our database host, an AI model provider that helps draft text and sort replies, a service that checks whether an email address exists, business data providers and our internal messaging tool. We never sell your details and we share them with nobody else.
Automated processing
Software helps us find companies and draft messages. It makes no decision about you on its own. A person chooses whether to write to you and reads every message before it goes out.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or removed, have its use restricted, or object to it. Write to bram@agentlabs.nl and we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
